How our guides are made
FarmGameGuides publishes practical references and planning guides for farming and related games. Our goal is to help you make a specific decision in your save, with enough context to understand the answer.
Sources and examples
Editorial guides identify the sources used for game mechanics and tool features. We prefer developer documentation, official game descriptions, maintained community references, and the documentation of the tools themselves. Calculations state their assumptions. Hypothetical examples are labeled and are not presented as game data.
Authorship and AI assistance
The guides in our article library are published under the FarmGameGuides organization byline and were prepared with AI assistance. They are not presented as first-hand playtests. Source checking and calculation checks do not replace testing every mechanic in every game version. We do not invent individual authors, credentials, or personal gameplay experience.
Dates and game updates
Publication dates identify new guides. Rewritten articles show the rewrite date; an unknown original publication date is omitted. Dates change when the content changes, not simply to make an article appear fresh. A source-check date is not a promise of compatibility with every platform, patch, or mod.
Corrections and retired content
When a guide no longer fits the site's focus or cannot support its central claims, we may retire it. Retired pages return a gone response and are removed from the article library and sitemap. Useful existing guides can be rewritten at their original addresses.
A useful correction identifies the disputed detail, game version and platform, and a source or reproducible example. Mechanics can differ across versions; check the source notes before applying an example to your save.
Scope of this policy
This policy describes the editorial article library and the explanatory copy on game hubs, directories, and tool pages. Landing-page guidance is also prepared with AI assistance; tool descriptions are based on the listed project's documentation and integration details, not a claim of exhaustive playtesting. Game databases and third-party tools have their own data sources and update schedules; a content review does not certify every record or tool on the site.
